Cost
Dedicated desk pricing (per month):
– $475/mo 6-month term
– $550/mo 3-month term
– $625/mo month-to-month
Term
3-month and 6-month lease options
Month-to-month applicants will be considered, but we’re looking for folks who want to stick around and be part of a community :’)
Desk
The rental is for a “dedicated desk” (only you will use it) and includes:
– 48×30 inch adjustable sit/stand desk
– Herman Miller Sayl task chair
– Lockable desk drawer
– Personal locker
Hours
The space will be open 9am–6:30pm Monday–Friday, but you can work earlier or later on occasion (weekends are fine too)
ADA
Ground floor office with ADA-accessible restroom
Booth
Private booth for video calls equipped with a Shure SM7B professional-grade studio mic
Tech
Gigabit internet, B&W laser printer, disco ball, plus all the confusing cables and dastardly dongles
Cook
Kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, cutlery, and cups
Food
Kitchen stocked with free stuff including espresso drinks (featuring locally roasted coffee), oat milk, seltzers, tea, filtered water, and condiments
Booze
A pay–as-you-go “trust” fridge stocked with a curated selection of California beer and wine
Events
Monthly community events and weekly workmate experiences / goodies¹ led by Anand Upender, our resident gastronomic genius² and WOOOW Head of Community

Bonus
Very chill and extremely friendly office dog, Fezzy, who loves getting pets and sleeps most of the day
Cast Iron Design is now The Office of Ordinary Things. We relocated from Boulder to San Francisco, but otherwise we’re pretty much the same people doing the same things, just a bit more hardcore.
